I love to be around children. There is no surprise I recently opened a toy store focused on classic and educational toys. I am passionate about teaching children and how to make a difference in their lives. I strongly believe that if a child can experience for him or herself how the skills he or she learns apply in real life, then it becomes an easier, and more successful experience. I will push for a dynamic and interactive class. The lesson needs to be constructive. I always give examples, and engage the child or children to practice the skill in a specific setting like role play. A Little Bit About Me...

As a college student, I wanted to help other struggling students as well as polish my own skills. I decided that tutoring students would be a great job to earn money and achieve some personal goals. In addition, I played college sports so my students were other athletes. I have tutored students in math, accounting, finance, English, and various other business classes.
My teaching style is very hands on. I like to work the problems out with the students and show them how to do each step. I love questions and I love for the student to fully understand. I want the student to fully comprehend what they are doing. If not, they will never be able to do it without me there. As a former computer instructor, I can't tell you how much I miss teaching. Teaching was the one career in my life where I felt completely fulfilled.
