As a TFA teacher, I have undergone intensive training that focuses on backwards planning and results based accountability. In my experience, the most important thing to remember is that all students learn differently, and sometimes what seems like an impossible task just needs to be presented differently for better understanding. No two children are the same, and we know that this is correct, so therefore it applies to their learning ability as well.
