My comments on tutoring Math : College math 101 & 105

I was a math tutor volunteer and a paid worker at LOS ANGELES TRADE-TECHNICAL COLLEGE, for MATH 101 & MATH 105. I learned to transfer my knowledge to others, and it did take a lot of my time, when not tutoring. It is one thing for a teacher to write on the black board and know what he or she is writing, and it is another thing, for the student to know or understand what is happening on the black board. I remember being a tutor, students were very happy, because things that they did not learn in elem, jr.high, or high school, I had simplified for them, and they learned, when they had thought that math was very hard!
