My comments on tutoring Spanish : I have one year of experience tutoring university students but am willing to work with students of any age and adapt to their learning styles. I lived and studied in Salamanca, Spain for three months as well as lived and studied in San Jose, Costa Rica for two weeks. I have also traveled to other Spanish speaking countries such as Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic.

I am flexible. I would like to teach the way the student will benefit the most, so I will ask him how he would like to learn.
I have a year experience tutoring university students, but I am willing to try any age group. I was paid to tutor basic up to intermediate/advanced Spanish. Every job I've ever had has been one where I teach. I had a job 3 years teaching ballroom dance, 2 years I coached T-ball, and for 4 years I've tutored math. I have taught a few weapons classes and use of force classes as a security forces member in the Air Force. However, I have never taught classes on a regular basis.
As a supervisor and trainer in the military, it was my responsibility to train the new individuals that came into the job. There was a lot of studying material that I constantly had to sit down and go over with them. We made flashcards, took notes, made up quizzes, did verbal question and answers, etc. I actually used to tutor math in High School when I was in an advanced Calculus class and have helped many friends with their college math.
