I enjoy teaching, educating and mentoring students to be all they can be and excel in their coursework. I also enjoy just working with students to encourage them and show them how learning can be fun! I am a very patient and caring person who also offer mentoring and career development to students in many subjects. I use creative teaching and learning by practicing methods to have students enjoy a subject or course material. I also teach students to be able to learn the material in a way that they can be comfortable to teach themselves. I challenge and practice over and over with my students until they learn the material.

A Little Bit About Me...

I am easy going, energetic, very passionate (especially when teaching calculus and physics), and engaging. In most cases it takes only a few sessions and students are having fun. I believe that most students can understand mathematics with a proper explanation. For example, the order of operations is usually presented to students without explanation for its existence. This gives the false sense that it is an arbitrary rule. I enjoy sharing my understanding to students, but I also enjoy providing a role model for my students. If I show compassion to a students it is almost always reciprocated. Academic excellence is a virtue but so is being a kind and caring person. I like to spread this through my teaching style.
