I graduated from Saint Joseph College with a BS in biology, which allowed me to build a foundation within life sciences and mathematics. I learned critical skills that allowed me to develop excellent grammatical skills through generating numerous lab reports and research papers. A Little Bit About Me...

I have had a successful career as a medical scientist in hospital, government, and reference laboratories in the northeast and southern U.S., holding bench, supervisory, and leadership positions. I have two college degrees with published articles, and two national certifications, all in the sciences. For the past eight years I have been a substitute teacher and tutor in thirteen urban, suburban, and rural public school systems in Connecticut. I enjoy helping elementary school children improve their reading, writing, and math skills in a one-on-one setting the most.
