Upon graduation from the University of Toledo, I have worked in two different school districts and in almost every grade level. In the Springfield district I was a teacher aid in both first and second grade where I assisted children with learning disabilities. His previous school experience was lacking at best, and he had little confidence in his scholastic ability.
