My teaching style has been called outside of the box by some of my colleagues, n that I dont mind going above and beyond woth students to learn. I use real world problems, music and different memory devices hands on sports, clothes art and word problems that students make up inorder to make the problem real to the individual student.

I believe we all learn in different ways, and I am always open minded in finding the best way for that student I am working with at that time. I began my educational goals as a medical student, but later was advised that I should branch off into teaching and instructional applications by undergraduate and graduate professors.I'm so glad I took their advice because I really enjoy teaching and observing growth and development in my students.
