I have had a wealth of experience in the educational field. I started out teaching in a Christian Preschool in Columbia MO 17 years ago. There I learned so much. I became state certified after I attended William Woods College in their Deaf Interpreting program. From there I worked in education as both Para Professional and Deaf Interpreting. I have worked in the Public School for eight years. I have learned so much and gained a lot of knowledge in being to help students achieve in education. I earned my AA and then pursued a BS degree in chemistry. After college I worked at a pharmaceutical manufacturing site working in the quality control department. I worked my way to lead laboratory technician then to the supervisor of the lab. During this tenure I was responsible for training the other technicians in methods and new techniques. I also helped develop a new system of training to help decrease the time needed to train an individual and remove unnecessary redundant tactics. During my time in the quality control department I developed a high skill of detail and fast pace work ethic.
