The students I have worked with are primarily ages 11-18, but my experience with my own children includes the primary grades. The job required flexibility giving 1-on-1 as well as large-audience, seminar-type technical training. Later I worked as a simulator instructor at Simuflite (Dallas) teaching and certifying people how to fly business jets. I also have extensive experience writing/editing pilot manuals for various avionics systems.
I am relaxed, I smile easily, and love to give personal attention to people trying to learn.
