I have worked as a tutor for 10 years in all subjects, especially focusing on ESL learners. Recently, I have worked in an ESL school (FLS International) with university age students seeking to matriculate into American Universities. Before that, I worked in South Korea teaching English. Graduated high school in 2002, with some advanced placement courses. Also attended University of Alaska, Fairbanks and Sebring Career School in Houston, Texas. I've tutored other students in grammar, middle and high school, in addition to those I've babysat and younger siblings. 1. Assess student's current understanding of course material by asking a few questions and having student write a page summary. 2. Student and I again review material and locate gaps. 3.
