For most students, essays are their number one issue. After they have told me their concerns, I like to read over the paper myself and any correct grammar mistakes I find along the way. As an adult I realized that my true calling was teaching, and I advanced my education to become an educator. I like to give examples of problems, and "problem solve" with the student through illustrative examples on paper or on the board. At Hope College I received a liberal arts education. So even though I have a degree in music theatre, I am also well-educated in other fields.
