As a creative writing major at school, i was an avid member of our newspaper, serving as copy editor. When i graduated college i continued my summer job as a technical writer at an engineering company. My last position was also an assistant technical writer. Since completing my bachelor's degree in English in the spring of 2007, I have tutored elementary, middle, and high school level students ELA during the past 2008 school year. I was also employed as an English tutor in Lowell, Massachusetts where I tutored 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th graders.
It's important for me to get to know my students as individuals.
