I have been working for a local High School for 3 years now as an instructional assistant. Currently I have 3 math classes. I have 2 pre-algebra classes and one geometry. I basically help students mostly 1:6. I have 8 math students that I work with. This summer I also thought math for the students that have failed classes or that were skipping classes and needed to make up the credit. I have BA in English/American Literature. As I have just finished my Master's degree in Education at the University of Vermont, I spent the last school year in Montpelier high school working as a chemistry intern and tutoring students on an as needed basis. I have tutored a few students in math, as my Bachelor's degree has given me a strong background in math and science.
