Teaching is an extremely important job that must be handled with care and concern for the student. I firmly believe it is important to adapt to the students individual learning style and habits, therefore, my style is to adjust to the best method necessary in order to achieve success while learning. Many students are visual learners and prefer a hands on experience, whereas others could prefer oral, written or other teaching techniques in order to process the information. The first few sessions with a student, I prefer to ask them their learning style preference and gather ideas I feel would benefit the learning environment and continue my teaching style as required.
