Working through problems or lessons with the student by leading them through it, then working it with them side by side while explaining the details helps them achieve the accomplishment of learning without making them feel as if they were just instructed how to do it. I have a very strong passion towards teaching. While many teachers tend to go towards adminstration afters 10 years of teaching, I have no desire to go that route. I want to remain teaching in this subject area because I find joy in math, and I want to help students find joy in math as well.
