A Little Bit About Me...

My teaching style is devoted to your child's individual needs. I would use a balanced literacy approach which includes one-on-one reading instruction based on each child's developmental level, includes phonics and word work, comprehension, fluency, and vocabulary development.
I taught 1st Grade Gifted and Talented for 4 years in Baytown, Texas as a self-contained classroom teacher. I was the Team Lead teacher the last two years.
