I use a "Consultive Style", i.e. I ask good questions to ascertain where the student needs help. I also try to identify what they may find difficult and how we may best address this issue. I also demonstrate where the subject we are studying may prove very helpful in careers and/or lives.
I have tutored and mentored High School Football Students in all levels of Mathmatics, Physics, and other Sciences. I have conducted numerous Training Classes in the Business Administration Field such as Marketing, Cost Accounting , and Statistics. I attended Lehigh University on an Academic Scholarship. A Little Bit About Me...

In my experience with teaching, I find that the best way to connect and convey the information is to provide aural, visual and experiential exposure to the material. Everyone does not learn at the same pace or through the same exposure to material. It is also important to be perceptive to the possibility of student frustration as this is almost always a road block that will arise and if not identified can lead to lower absorption of the material or complete lack of understanding and drive altogether.
