Whenever I can, I like to be very hands-on in my teaching my students. For example, once I was teaching my class about trees. I had them go outside and collect samples of bark which had fallen on the ground. Then we created a gigantic mural in my classroom and glued the pieces of bark to a tree we had drawn.

Speaking is one of my top subjects! I have completed public speaking at the University of Florida with an A. I was the president and founder of a Toastmasters branch in South Florida. Toastmasters is a global organization that has weekly meetings to help people become better public speakers. I have given many presentations in many classes at UF and have always received compliments on my speaking. I am working my way to become a motivational speaker one day.
