I prefer a hands on method where I give the student examples and I watch as they work through them. This is especially true in Math. I have found the best way for a student to learn is to correct mistakes as they go. Through repition this will bring success.
I have found over the course of my schoolwork that I excelled most in math. I would consider myself a strong candidate for your child's tutor in this subject. My hands-on approach teaches through a student's mistakes. I point out where the error occured, and then show how to correct it as we work through the problems. This+repitition=success. College Teacher Tutoring Math, Economics Accounting TestPrep

As a student I was always helping my friends and brothers with their school work, especially math. While in graduate school working on my Masters degree I tutored for the athletic department and even tutored some of my classmates who were college professors working on their PhD's. I have been a college teacher for more than 5 years and started doing private tutoring over 2 years ago.
