As a tutor I have discovered that everyone learns differently; therefore, I try to find ways to adapt my own tutoring style to the learning styles of the people I tutor. I can be more hands-on if the student requires it, but I can also act as more of a general guide. I am a very adaptable teacher--I can easily pick up on a student's needs and abilities, and work to their strengths in that way.
