I'm believe in the teacher finding something interesting in what is being taught, asking leading questions with which the students answer, and having the students learn through their answers. Lecturing is my least favorite method, and I believe the least effective.

In having a great passion for working with/teaching children, I think that it is immensely important to remember that everyone has a different way of learning. Some ways work better for some as opposed to others. My teaching style is always based around the children that I am teaching.
