I think if the person is in a relaxed atmosphere and they know they are moving forward toward their goal, they will feel the rewards of their efforts. I conducted workshops on teaching reading and writing to Kdg.-1st graders. I received inservice training classes in writing, reading, and mentoring young teachers.
