I put mysef in the shoes of my student after reading the mind of my student. My first goal is to remove the phobia that scares and discourages most of the learners. I motivate those who gave up to learn. I am innovative. I use strategies and resource that help my students start from their present level upward after building self confidence. When I had the opportunity to design and teach a Vo-Tech. School program from the ground up, I realized my love and passion for teaching and making a difference in the lives of my students. Being semi-retired with lots of time available, I am living out my passion by substitute teaching middle and high school students in my local school district.
