I believe that all children and adults have the capability with learning any subject area, especially music. Music can control all emotions and enables children and adults to express themselves. I am neither an easy teacher nor a hard one because I have some kind of expectations for each student (depending on their level), which they always meet for me. I have been teaching music - guitar, piano, bass and music theory all of my life, but most recently contiguously for the last seven years. I have a BA in Sociology from Clemson University. I was always good in math, science and history in addition to social sciences and music. I am currently teaching mostly guitar and bass. I love working with children and students of all ages. I was a volunteer at Shriners Childrens Hospital for many years in the recreational therapy department.
