I have a passion for teaching others and spreading my knowledge- I enjoy not only helping a student to understand, but to also become a mentor. I have been tutoring since middle school, and throughout high school. Since I have been in college, I have been eager to tutor again. My knowledge is mostly in high school and college biology, anatomy, and physiology. Throughout college, many of my friends and classmates came to me with questions or help, because I am good at simplifying the material and making it understandable on a basic level.
I am a visual learner and work well with other visual learners. After college graduation I worked for six months in a cancer research lab, which gave me the knowledge of "real life" science and how that effects our lives I have worked as an after school and summer camp counselor which has helped me learn how to relate to them, and teach them material they are learning in school.
