I also worked for AOL as an on-line teacher/tutor/mentor in their Academic Assistance Center.I hold two cleared teaching credentials one for Vocational Ed.and the other for Adult Ed. These qualify me to teach GED,ESL and any health-care related class. Currently,I'm working as a substitute teacher in Weld County, a grandparent mentor in Larimer County, as well as a part-time instructor at ELTC teaching courses in Medical Terminology and Phlebotomy.
I like the students to learn how to learn. There I was able to learn Spanish quickly as well as help elementary school children learn English. I taught grammar as well as science. I also tutored on the side in all subjects.
