In 1994 my family and I move to San Jose, Costa Rica to begin studing Spanish at the Spanish Language Training Institute called, CINCEL, in San Jose, Costa Rica. We spent a year of intensive liguistics training which enabled us to start teaching in Spanish the following year. We ended up spending the next 10 years teach in 3 different countries in Central America.
