I love teaching and working with all children. I believe all children can learn, but each in different ways. My goal is to work with your child where they are and help them find academic success. My goal is to find what method will work with your child so that learning becomes fun. I am a firm believer in teaching through discovery and in providing a constructivist approach to learning. A Little Bit About Me...

I graduated with a BA in English Literature from Berea College. Berea is known for its rigorous academic program. I worked in the Public Relations Office as a News Writer, doing research and writing news releases for upcoming events. Post graduation, I’ve edited a book manuscript for the author, Normandi Ellis. I have also revised student’s application essays for graduate school. In addition, my Mom, who is a school teacher in Michigan, will sometimes email me grammar-related questions. I have been accepted into graduate school and will pursue further education so that I may teach at the college/graduate level.
