I have more than three years of MATH teaching experience in academic advancement center of Ohio University Library. Three years of math tutoring experience has not only helped me keep my intellect sharp but more importantly helped me hone my skill of being able to explain Math concepts to students in a very simple and easy to understand manner. I am presently working as a substitute teacher. I am certified to teach mathematics in 7th to 12th grades. I have recently passed the Praxis II tests to teach science in 7th to 12th grades. I teach almost every day and I usually teach math or science classes. Previously I worked as an engineer. During this time I mentored and trained new engineers.

I hold two valid permanent teaching certificates and a professional license. I have been fortunate to have taught all grades and all subjects with the exception of 1st, 3rd, and 4th. I have also had the pleasure of being an ABLE instructor for adults. I am currently teaching high school, however have been offered a 4th grade position in math and science.
