As an engineer and I have taught planners and engineers how to use software to do calculations. I have taught GRE preparation for Kaplan (analytical and verbal reasoning) both to small classes of 3 to 7 students and individual tutoring. In 2009, I was accepted into the Educators of Change program by the Duval County School Board. I am now a certified teacher in Mathematics and Physics (grades 9-12). I have a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a master’s in Public Administration. I always enjoyed Science as a child and majored in Biology in college. My love for science carried me to the class room where I have enjoyed educating my students with passion so that my love for Biology would carry over to them. An advantage that I feel I have for the success of my students is majoring in Biology and having a great amount of experience in laboratory techniques.
