I am a very patient teacher. I try to work with students at different level. I encourage students to ask questions. I answer questions from students with examples. I encourage students to speak as much as possible. Here are my thoughts about how to teach Chinese. Try to make learning fun. Try to encourage students to think. Try to show enthusiasm teaching students. Students will feel compelled to learn harder. Try to expose students to Chinese environment. Take students to Chinese shows, Chinese markets, Chinese restaurants. Try to communicate to students what work best for them. Applaud students at all times and appraise their efforts.

Besides family, faith, and good health, there is nothing I value more than my education. As a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, I have earned a bachelor degree in Science-Business. This new field incorporates the work of a Biology major with the fundamental requirements of a Business major. I am now in the process of applying to dental school, thus have extensive experience with essays and standardized tests. After graduating university, I began teaching. I have taught English for SAT and other college placement exams.
