I feel that many teachers today do not use the resources available today effectively, and this is something I strive to change in teaching. I use all forms of multimedia, like audio, video and books to get my students as broad a learning spectrum as possible. On top of my own lesson plans, I like to also use online lessons within my lesson. I also like asking my students what their interests are in music, and what goals they would like to achieve, so I can help them reach their full potential, and of course, enjoy the lesson content, rather than being forced under a strict schedule.
