Inspired Educational Help!

I first want to start out by saying that I have a passion for what I do. I have over seven years of experience as a tutor and mentor and it has been a very rewarding experience. I am currently a Secondary/Special Education Graduate student and am enjoying the process of learning more about the field. My Masters degree in education and several years of a combination of teaching, training and tutoring with persons of various age groups and diverse backgrounds have prepared me to work well with any age group. My academic credentials include a BA from Hanover College and a MBA from the University of Louisville. I have been an Adjunct Professor University of Louisville 1994- 2008. I taught Business Statistics (Management 201) and Operations Management (Management 401). I also taught Operations Management for one semester in the MBA program at Fontbonne University in St. Louis MO. I have had training in the methodology of Six Sigma. Although not a Black Belt in Six Sigma, I have worked on many Six Sigma projects. These projects require an in depth knowledge of statistical methods. Great Question. I have been in classes where I found learning a challenge. This is what makes me unique as a teacher. I build a relationship with the student. I do my best to not only explain the material, but how they can possibly use it in the future. I also have the best patience. I will go over something over and over again, searching in my own mind for a different to present the material so it sticks.
I have always been a good teacher. I scored very well on the SAT exams, and I have extensive tutoring experience. I scored in the upper 10 percentile on the Mathmatics portion of the SATs. I also have been studying non stop for the CPA exam. I would love to pass on knowledge to someone else. Tutoring is rewarding.
