In high school I took Calculus, honors Geology, honors Chemistry, and honors English. I have three siblings that I help out with homework, as well as have tutored my fellow classmates in high school, so I can adapt to any learning style. I am currently going to Central Washington University. I am pursuing a degree in Communication studies with a double minor in Sociology and Spanish. I am not completely fluent in Spanish, but I am very proficient in reading, writing, and speaking.

As a teacher, I work to build my students’ self-confidence through positive interactions and effective problem-solving. I believe that every person has the capacity to learn. A Little Bit About Me...

I believe that I am an effective teacher of students and have spent fifteen years teaching preservice teachers at the university level. I enjoy teaching math and believe that I have the ability to make math understandable to students who may have struggled with math or who simply want to sharpen their math skills.
I have a Bachelor's degree with a major in teaching math to secondary students and a Master's degree in school administration. I have taught math, science and physical education and coached a variety of sports.
