English ESOL is one of my top subjects! I am a retired teacher of 38 years with a Masters degree in Education and an endorsement in ESL/Bilingual Education. When working with an individual student, my teaching style is to focus upon the student and create an individualized plan for how the student learns. I first look to see what kind of learner the student is, whether he/she is a visual, auditory, kinesthetic, or any combination of these learning styles.
