Success is Feasible

In 2011 to 2012 I worked as a lead tutor for Academic Achievers in Muncie. My core focus was to improve writing skills. I would help students organize their thoughts into a structured document, and on occasion I would help build their vocabulary with five words of the week. Currently, I work at the Muncie Children's Museum where I create programs for children to exercise their motor and critical thinking skills in the visual arts and music.

Working through problems or lessons with the student by leading them through it, then working it with them side by side while explaining the details helps them achieve the accomplishment of learning without making them feel as if they were just instructed how to do it. I taught Swimming to children every summer for from 2001-2005, so I have experience with young children having a hard time paying attention. I have strong skills in science and math.
