I graduated from a Pennsylvania Systems of Higher Education college with a B.S. in Mathematics and a minor in Physics. The entire time I was enrolled I was a tutor in the Math Assistant Center as one of the top tutors. I was always told I should be a teacher but for now I am on a quest to get my PhD. When lecturing in an auditorium to two hundred freshmen, I had to keep to my lecture notes and prepared demonstrations, depending on the students’ initiative to ask the TA’s in the recitation sections about any difficulties.
