I am able to help students build their papers from the bottom up and go through completed papers and give assistance. I feel that I am able to teach and explain the elements that are required in a paper so that students may write better papers in the future. I greatly enjoy the one-on-one experience. As a former English major and editing minor at Brigham Young University I helped many students write and edit research and English papers. Along the way I also had the opportunity to edit an engineering Master's thesis. I have tutored in paper writing in various subjects as well as specifically tutoring in creative writing. I have worked with and on over thirty papers. I work very well one-on-one with students and am able to explain and teach what is necessary for better papers for the present and for the future. I recently graduated from Brigham Young University in April 2011. I am a graduate in Communications can help in English, Writing, Editing but also took AP Calculus and AP Statistics and passed both tests. I love math but feel that communicating through writing is very important. During the last two years I have worked at an Elementary School as Para Professional tutoring children in Math and Reading both in small groups and one-on-one. I love helping children learn! Building a good relationship with a child is key to helping them learn. When good relationships are developed children can then trust the teacher or tutor to help them in whatever way possible.
