I differentiate my teaching to try and match the current abilities and learning styles of the students. I want to know what the student knows, and then begin to teach them something new. I will demonstrate, guide the student through a few examples and let them do it on their own.

i believe that my teaching style must match a student's learning style. I will incorporate visual, auditory, and kinestetic methods into learning.
I have twenty-nine years of experience in education. I served as an Elementary School Principal for 15 years. I have taught in grades 1, 2, and 3 in several school districts.
