My teaching style is to have a set of problems made up for the students to observe as examples to help understand certain chapters. I will assign additional problems if needed and focus on the subject matter that is the hardest for the individual to understand.

The second most important thing about being a mentor is to create understanding about the underlying principle of whatever it is he or she is learning about.
