My early teaching and learning style was to do as many problems that were thrown at me in class or the text. I come from a large family of teachers, so teaching and mentoring students is in my blood. Receiving help with homework and research was always a top priority for my parents. The key component that my parents have passed along to me, regarding teaching, is patience.
