Hello, I graduated with a PhD. in analytical chemistry from the Department of Chemistry, University of Massachusetts in Amherst. My research work during my PhD career involved synthesis, purification, analysis and utilization of proteins and PEGylated proteins in bioanalytical experiments. These experimental studies resulted in several publications in scientific journals. In addition, I have considerable experience in training undergraduate chemistry students. In 2001, I started my educational degree program. In order to better prepare me for my future career, I immediately started working in the school system. From 2001-2004, I worked as a 1:1 aide for a child in the primary grades, K-12 substitute in all subject areas, youth mentor for mentally disturbed children, and a life-skills tutor for a child with Asberger's Syndrome. I am currently tuoring at an Academic Development Center and Student Support Services as a psychology and math tutor. I love sharing my knowledge with others and at the same time, I learn and gain alot from my students.
