I enjoy helping others and have often volunteered my proofreading and editing skills to my friends, family, and classmates. While in college, I took numerous creative writing classes that utilized workshop and group editing techniques. A Little Bit About Me...

I teach by example, leading the student through a problem by asking questions about each step so that they can learn how to approach the problem themselves. I watch and evaluate the students as they work and provide guidence when thy make errors. I enjoy interacting with children of all ages and I do so in a kind and curteous manner. I am a good listener and have the patience and skills to understand where a child needs the most help.
In my acedemic training I have taught Lab classes in general, analytical, organic, biochemistry and advanced chemistry courses. As part of my training I have been instructed in Mathmatics to the level of Calculus. I am currently volunteering as editor for ttwo newsletters for non-profit organizations.
