I have earned two bachelor degrees;a BA in Psychology and a BA in Child Development. I also have an AA in General Studies with the focus on Early Childhood Education. I have been a director of a preschool for 4 years. I have taught in 2 preschools. I have tutored children, below the average reading level, in grades 1-6. A Little Bit About Me...

During my studies at Northwest Florida State, I was able to experience a total of 60 total hours in elementary and middle school classrooms. I learned various teaching techniques and styles, and also assisted in helping students in reading and math. In South Korea, I taught English as a foreign language for 16 months. Here, I continued to hone my teaching style and learned how best to help my students by understanding their specific learning styles and teach accordingly. Because of the small class sizes, I was able to give each student the help they needed. I brushed up on my own grammar while teaching my older students.
