A Little Bit About Me...

I love working with children. I am mainly in the Library however, I work with students on a one to one basis. I cater my teaching style to the indivual students (I work with several). I am patient and considerate because I know that what might work for one student might not necessarily work for the next. I cater to the students needs because I am here for the child's success. I believe that our children are our future and go the extra mile to ensure that I do whatever possible to get them there.
I am a graduate of the University of Southern MS, with a undergraduate in Business Marketing. I began teaching and tutoring in 2008-2009 school for Jackson Public Schools. Teaching classes and assessing student’s progress and performance. Providing constructive feedback and guidance to students experiencing educational or personal challenges. Maintaining order and discipline in the classroom. Communicating with parents, teachers, and other professionals both formally and informally.
I am a very eccentric individual who enjoys my students both academically and personally.
