A Little Bit About Me...

I use a variety of teaching styles while instructing students. Alternating between styles helps to keep minds engaged and participation at a maximum. When covering content I use many examples that relate to real life, that way students can relate it to something they have experienced or seen. I also like performing small-scale experiments and labs. I will use power point presentations as well as the overhead for drawings, notes, and discussion. There are many websites that I make use of, the websites that I use are usually hands on and require students to think and solve problems on their own.

Being currently enrolled in one of the Top 20 schools in the state of Michigan, learning is something that comes to me as second nature. Math, English, Science, Foreign Language and History are the five required subjects in the Troy School District, and they offer hundreds of other courses to excel the student body into a wide range of future careers.
