I enjoy teaching others and helping them excel in their studies. I can relate to younger students because I have a six year old who required extensive help in the area of reading. She was one of my greatest achievements because I had to research a way to communicate on her level of understanding and yet make it interesting and fun. Now instead reading being a weakness it is a strength for her because she has excelled and developed confidence in this area too. I have also helped other children children in the community and I have volunteered on a regular basis at my daughters school helping her classmates with their work.

Teaching has always been a passion of mine. I know that much of my success has been a result of learning from great dynamic teachers who really cared about me as a student and as a person. I believe that teaching is done best by adapting to the student, finding common ground, and then relating that connection to the topic in question.
