ESL/French teacher/SAT verbal coach/English tutor for K-12

I have been teaching French to English-speaking people living in France since 1979. I have also been teaching English as a Second Language to French adults in a business environment and to high school/college students as well. I particularly enjoy tutoring reading and spelling to children K-12th Grade. However, since I have been residing in France for over 35 years, my speciality is also ESL and French to non-French speakers. Planning to be a Principal in the future

I have learned overtime that children learn best with repitition and engagement. I will ask them a question, and if they get it wrong, we will come back to it until they know it very well.
I plan on majoring in Elementary Education in college, then going on to get my Masters in Education Administration. Am currently taking all honors or AP classes in my junior year of high school, with a 3.71 GPA. While planning for a career in medicine, I obtained a BS in biology with a minor in Chemistry. During the application and acceptance process I was an adjunct faculty member at a local technical college. My courses taught were remedial Algebra, biology, and anatomy and physiology. During the hours between classes I was a paid Tutor in the college's learning assistance center.
I wouldn't have a "professional" description for teaching style as my education was solidly based in the sciences. However, I believe that by teaching intuitive thought processes and critical thinking skills, students can easily adapt to the tasks given be they in science or liberal arts.
