I prefer a one on one or a classroom style envionment. One on one training allows me to focus on the student and understand the areas that he or she may be having difficulty with which allows me to tailor my curriculum to the student's needs. I believe in hands on work by the student such that he or she can demonstrate back to me that the concepts have been understood.
I have 20 years of Finance, Information Systems and Engineering experience. A Little Bit About Me...

As an individual involved in advanced development activities at Eastman Kodak, I had the opportunity to apply my knowledge of science into product development and I also had the opportunity to train other individuals in the workings of a new product as that product became commercialized and a large staff of engineers and technicians were needed for the product's manufacture. These experiences gave me extensive experience working with people of diverse backgrounds and much experience developing technical documentation.
